Application Process For Prospective Tenants
Thank you for your interest in a Mascot Park LLC property.
Below are the steps we have for a new potential tenant. This process can be completed on the web or through the Rent Redi app.
Submit your request for a tour along with a tenant pre-qualification questionnaire.
After you have viewed the property and indicated you want to formally apply, we will email the rental application. The rental application looks like the example below. We use RentRedi for the application, background check, and credit check process. This application process will charge you $35.
We will email you an acception or rejection email, based on Mascot Park LLC qualification requirements.
After the rental application and screening are complete, Mascot Park LLC will review and accept or reject the application based on qualification requirements. A potential tenant will receive an acception or rejection email, based on Mascot Park LLC qualification requirements.
If you get the “Accept” email it will have a link with steps that will allow you to schedule a time to come see your potential new home.
When a rental application is Accepted, the potential tenant can sign a lease with Mascot Park LLC.
